The three plans

These are the Trades.Agency plans, applied to Guelph businesses.

Plan Month to month Billed annually What it covers
Growth $1,999/month $1,499/month The core marketing an established Guelph trade needs, handled properly
Elite $3,999/month $2,999/month Several channels running together for a busier Guelph firm, with Trades.Agency website design packages at 50% off
Enterprise $7,999/month $5,999/month Your own marketing team, support that jumps the queue, and a website design and build of any package included

All plans are month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual commitments carry the lower prices in the middle column.

What each plan looks like for a Guelph trade

Growth

Growth suits an established Guelph business that wants its core marketing handled properly: usually local search, a review and referral routine, and either careful Google Ads or website improvements. For many trades in a city this size, this is enough to make a noticeable difference.

Elite

Elite adds breadth. It fits a business running several channels at once, for example local search, reviews and ads together, perhaps with a push into commercial clients. The 50% discount on Trades.Agency website design packages makes it attractive if your site also needs rebuilding.

Enterprise

Enterprise is for larger operations: multiple service lines, several crews, or plans to expand well beyond Guelph into the rest of Wellington County and neighbouring cities. It includes a dedicated team, priority support and a free website design and build.

What drives the cost of marketing a Guelph trade

Our fee is only one part of what you'll spend. The total depends on:

  • Ad spend. Paid to Google directly. In a mid-size city, the useful budget often levels off sooner than owners expect, because search volume is limited. The ad budget guide shows how to find that point.
  • Website condition. A sound site needs tuning. A slow, outdated one may need replacing, which is where Elite's discount or Enterprise's included build matters.
  • Competition in your trade. Some trades in Guelph have many active competitors with strong review profiles. Others have very few. More competition generally means more work to stand out.
  • How much you want to grow. Holding steady takes less than doubling your calls or breaking into commercial work.
  • Your own follow-through. Answering calls quickly, asking for reviews and sending photos all reduce the work needed on our side.

A simple way to check whether marketing pays

Here's a test you can run before calling anyone. Take the Growth plan at $1,999 a month plus 13% HST, roughly $2,260. Add whatever you might spend on ads; say $1,000. That's about $3,260 a month.

If your average job leaves $500 after materials and labour, you need about seven extra jobs a month to break even. If the average job leaves $1,200, you need three. If you can't see a realistic path to that many extra jobs, the plan isn't right for you yet, and we'll say so in the consultation.

Taxes and billing

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • Ontario clients add 13% HST to the plan fee.
  • Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms to your own account and sits outside our plan fee.

How to choose

  1. Look at your last year. Where did your best jobs come from, and what are you already doing well?
  2. Decide on one goal. More homeowner calls, steadier work through the year, or commercial contracts.
  3. Start with the smallest plan that reaches that goal. You can move up later, and the month-to-month terms mean you're not locked in.

If you're unsure, the free consultation is the place to work it out. Read the FAQ for common questions, or go to the contact page to get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Each plan renews monthly, and 30 days' notice ends it. If you're happy to commit for twelve months, annual billing trims the monthly price.

Is ad spend included in the plan price?

No. Ad spend is paid from your own account directly to Google or other platforms. Our fee covers planning, setup, management and reporting.

Are the prices before or after tax?

Before tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Guelph businesses add Ontario's 13% HST to the plan fee.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. If you run an eligible trades business, the opening 30-minute conversation is free, sits apart from the paid plans, and doesn't oblige you to buy one.

Which plan do most Guelph trades need?

Many established Guelph trades start on Growth, because a mid-size market rarely needs the breadth of the bigger plans at first. We'll tell you honestly if a smaller commitment makes more sense.
